Hey Everybody!! My name is Edtivia ‘TayTay’ Rutherford, I use she/her pronouns and I am from Oakland, CA. I received my B.A. in Business Administration at Holy Names University and then went on to receive my M.Ed in Educational Leadership at the University of Nevada, Reno. I am entering my fourth year at UC Berkeley. Over the past three years I’ve had the honor to serve as a Resident Director in Unit 1 for the African American Theme Program (AATP). I am very excited to be joining the Graduate & Family Living community. I appreciate good entertainment. I’m a sports fan and can be considered a decent video gamer. 2k all the way! I love watching a good television show or movie. A mix of Music, Meditation and Memories are my great equalizers. I truly love to create new memories and share laughs. I am a huge sneakerhead! I am an avid sports fan who loves to watch and/or attend games. My favorite music genres are Hip Hop and R&B. I love a good time and I hope to bring that energy with me to make this year something to remember.
