Sundays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Tighten, tone, and strengthen all the muscles of your core! This 30-minute class will focus on exercises designed to increase the stability, stamina, and musculature of your midsection, hips, and back. Challenging gymnastics equipment, exercise balls, and your own body weight will be used to provide resistance for each movement.
Wednesdays 12:15 - 12:45 p.m.
Are you an English language learner? Do you like acting? Practice English while acting! We will read and act interesting short scenes and plays. We will learn vocabulary, pronunciation, and acting skills. Memorizing is not necessary. No experience is necessary. The instructors teach ESL students, act, and direct for theater.
**Participants must be able to speak and understand simple conversation, instructions and read a script out loud. If they have an accent or don't know the meanings of all of the words or idioms in the script, that's OK! Click here for a sample script.

Lose weight, get fit, have fun! Come workout with friends in a positive, encouraging, and energetic atmosphere. Bootcamp will be centered around improving your cardiovascular health, total bodystrength, and overall fitness performance. No prior exercise or athletic experience is needed as all exercises can be progressed or regressed depending on your fitness level. The training tools will include resistance bands, calisthenics, medicine balls, agility ladders, cycling, and plyometrics. Join us for a fun and challenging workout in a motivational environment.

Open Recreation Memberships are available for Village Recreation, UC Affiliates & General Public. Memberships allow access to the weight room and adult sports. Adult sports include: Basketball, Badminton and Futsal. Adult Sports Schedule can be found here!
University Village Recreation has a small weight room open to Village residents and the general public. A Weight Room Orientations by appointment are available for those unfamiliar with equipment and are free with a Recreation membership. Weight room hours and the Weight Room Orientation schedule can be found on the sidebar. As a courtesy to others, please bring a towel with you when using the weight room and adhere to posted rules!
