Adult Fitness Membership

Adult Fitness Membership gives you unlimited access to all classes/program/activities with University Village! It also includes access to the Gymnasium sports and weight room. Register Online Today!

General Public
Cost: $50 per month

UCB Staff/Affiliate
Cost: $40 per month
Must have your UCB email address listed on account.

Village Resident
Cost: $30 per month
Must have University Village address associated with your account and be listed on the lease.

Failure to comply with eligibilty guidelines will result in termination of your membership. Terminated memberships are not eligible for refunds.

Core Conditioning

Tighten, tone, and strengthen all the muscles of your core! This 30-minute class will focus on exercises designed to increase the stability, stamina, and musculature of your midsection, hips, and back. Challenging gymnastics equipment, exercise balls, and your own body weight will be used to provide resistance for each movement.

English Pronunciation in Action

Come meet your fellow international community in a fun and welcoming environment while improving your English communication.

In this course participants improve their understanding of priorities in pronouncing more clearly, the rhythm of American English including stress and intonation, phonetic sounds and effective pausing. Through highly effective instruction, students learn to communicate effectively in their everyday lives, work environments and formal interviews or presentations.

$40 Fee will be refunded if participants attend all 8 classes. Open to Village Residents Only.

Fitness Bootcamp

Lose weight, get fit, have fun! Come workout with friends in a positive, encouraging, and energetic atmosphere. Bootcamp will be centered around improving your cardiovascular health, total bodystrength, and overall fitness performance. No prior exercise or athletic experience is needed as all exercises can be progressed or regressed depending on your fitness level. The training tools will include resistance bands, calisthenics, medicine balls, agility ladders, cycling, and plyometrics. Join us for a fun and challenging workout in a motivational environment.

Weight Room

University Village Recreation has a small weight room open to Village residents and the general public. A Weight Room Orientation is required for anyone wishing to use the weight room. Orientations are by appointment only and are free with a Recreation membership. Weight room hours and the Weight Room Orientation schedule can be found on the sidebar. As a courtesy to others, please bring a towel with you when using the weight room!
