Introducing our new personal trainer and newest member of the team: Ursula!  Ursula is available to work with clients one-on-one or in small groups in 30- or 60-minute sessions.

 
Meet Ursula: Hi everyone! My name is Ursula and I am the new personal trainer at the rec center. I am a recent college graduate from Saint Mary’s with a degree in Kinesiology. I am passionate about all things fitness; most of my time is spent outdoors doing a variety of sports such as swimming, soccer, hiking, kayaking, and running around with my puppy, Jackson. In my free time I love to cook, bake (desserts are my weakness), and read (mainly true crime).
