Barre Fitness Classes
5:00pm-5:45pm Tuesdays 
 
Barre is a ballet-inspired strength workout that includes elements of pilates, yoga, and dance. We work through each muscle group, focusing on form and core engagement to get the most out of each exercise. Modifications are provided, so all fitness levels are welcome!
 
In-Person Outdoor @ University Village Amphitheater
Bring a towel or yoga mat. Masks required. There is no shared equipment.

Zoomba with Bryce! Wednesdays at 6:30pm

Tune in every Wednesday evening to enjoy her high-energy class that has become a staple of our programming! Please tune in (via Zoom) early so she can go over the format with you and give you some tips on the best way to participate.

In-Person Bootcamp - Every Monday & Thursday at 12:15pm! 
 
Bootcamp is Back!!! Lose weight, get fit, have fun! Come join us on Mondays and Thursdays at 12:15pm at the University Village Amphitheater. This 45 minute class will include many different types of callisthenic body weight exercises with an emphasis on improving your total body strength and cardiovascular health. There will be no shared equipment so please bring your own yoga/exercise mat. Although there is plenty of space for physical distancing, face coverings are still required.
 
In addition to in-person class, the Village Residents Association has sponsored several online Fitness classes including Yoga, Zumba, and Barre. Free and open to all Village Residents!

Yoga - Saturdays from 8:00-9:00 am!
 
Join our Village yoga instructor for her online yoga class with Zoom! Yoga will take place every Saturday from 8:00-9:00. Carla's "Yoga for Everybody" is an eclectic effective blend of 27 Yoga styles choreographed for the needs of each class.

All are Welcome: all ages & all abilities. As a Yoga Therapist, Nurse, and Pain Relief Body worker for 35 years, I love to briefly check-in at the beginning of class, giving anyone who wishes to an opportunity to make requests!
