Nourish Your Mood: Mindful Eating with the Brain in Mind

Reba created a program meant to teach you how you can deeply nourish your well-being in ways you have been longing for but may have not known are possible. It’s called Nourish Your Mood: Mindful Eating with the Brain in Mind.
