New Adult Fitness Class: Barre!
Come increase strength and flexibility while making new friends at Barre! Our 45-minute Barre class is a ballet-inspired strength workout that includes elements of Pilates, yoga, and dance. We work through each muscle group, focusing on form and core engagement to get the most out of each exercise. Modifications are provided, so all fitness levels are welcome! Come ready to be challenged, and watch yourself grow stronger and more confident each time.
Beginning in February, Barre will be part of the Adult Fitness Membership.
