FREE car seat safety check! 10/7, 10 A.M.-12 P.M.

Sign up for a FREE car seat safety check in the village with Safe Kids Alameda and Habitot Children's Museum!

Saturday 7 October 2017, 10am-12pm, outside the village office (1125 Jackson Street).

Only 20% of car seats are installed correctly. Is yours among them? Children involved in motor vehicle collisions run a great risk of death or serious injury, but a properly installed car seat can greatly reduce these factors. Sign up today to have a trained technician install or inspect your car seat.

Priority will be given to UC village residents who have signed up for a slot between 10am-11am. After 11am inspections will operate on a first come, first served basis. It's open to all Albany residents so sign up now at www.wejoinin.com/sheets/fmgee

Bring your car and your car seat, but no need to bring your child. Directions and further info will be sent through after sign-up.

For questions about the event contact CA Anna Bowden at anna.bowden@berkeley.edu.

This event is offered with support from retired police officer Bob Rollins and the City of Alameda Police Department.
